If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know. We will handle your issue on a case-by-case basis until it is resolved.

We only accept refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged package received

2. Defective or damaged item

3. Item ordered incorrectly

4. Incorrect item

In the above cases, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

You should contact our support team here within 30 days of product delivery. The more you understand the cause of the issue, the easier it will be for us to resolve it. To expedite your request, please provide the following information:

- Your name as it appears on the order

- Your order number

- A detailed description of the issue

- Some photos illustrating the issue

- Do you want a replacement or refund?

You can contact us at services@dhrehe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (return labels are currently unavailable; we will provide a return address, which you will mail and pay for) and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect order address or information provided by the customer

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors, such as spelling or grammatical errors, quality issues with the original images, or order errors. Please review your order carefully before placing an order.

In addition: Please note that you must provide a correct shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, you will be solely responsible for any returned or damaged packages, and our store assumes no liability.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Because this is a customized product, we cannot resell it. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for non-product issues. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Note: Once an exchange is confirmed, our 30-day return and exchange policy will no longer apply, except for product quality issues.

About Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
